It is dificult to manufacture anything without having the stock on hand.
That is why MaRSS has been designed to continually monitor stock levels to ensure that there is no disruption
to the Manufacturing Schedule due to a lack of materials.
As soon as a task is scheduled in MaRSS the stock is reserved specifically for that task.
Any shortfalls are immediately identified and stock reorders automatically generated.
If a change to the manufacturing schedule is made that affects the stock available for another task
then the system will again alert users of any shortages and recommend stock reorders.
Usage reports, scrap/wastage and projected stock levels can be used to determine trends and plan for future stock

The system is able to track and maintain stock items at various revisions across multiple stock locations catering
for manufacturing at several locations or sub-contracting the manufacturing.
Each and every stock movement is maintained y the system providing complete traceability.
